Dumping some last minute stuff here, thought it would do well on the blog.
I've tried recreating a couple of scenes from the storyboards in the form of landscapes for the sake of it. These will be my final bits since I'm not too fond of my drawing ability in this field yet, but I think they look good.
On top of that there are some environment designs here also, that focus on some kind of 'wireman', that is the main source of light in the cement mixer. Very loosely tied to the environmental aspect, however they go hand in hand with the landscapes features too, blending in where necessary. It would be interesting to see how they vary from different areas in hell. I was inpired to make them after observing people get tangled in their headphones and other wires, so it is essentially a resident of the future who has been overtaken by their electronic lifestyle.
