Here i have explored my initial impressions of my assigned city, looking at the qualities it could potentially express through its raw design. Based on the artist Herbert Leupin's relations to the Swiss culture, I thought it would be a good idea to attempt to study some Swiss architecture and towns to make my city seem more believable. I have so far looked at Geneva, a city which is known as 'the smallest of big cities', but I will be looking at its shopping. I wanted to have the city be based about advertisement, and luxury. so it would be a desirable place to be like a holiday resort or similar locations. It has a lot of statues of icons relating directly back to Leupin's work, something I'm not too sure would pass as original design yet, but for the now we'll roll with it.
That's just about the line of thought I'm taking right now. I plan to draw this amount of thumbnails everyday so I am sure I will have the amount I need for Wednesday (70-80 thumbnails).
